Ignite Your Flames!!

Valentine's day is right around the corner! While it's exciting to partake in this one day out of the year to celebrate your love, we need to keep in mind that we should celebrate our love EVERYDAY! It actually costs LESS, to buy "Just Because" flowers on any given day of the week, instead of waiting until the very popular and commercialized day! You can show love and celebrate your mate in many ways, not just material items. It's the preparation of meals, helping with household chores, drawing a nice candle-lit bath, and maybe even offering a massage or foot rub at bedtime. I'll admit, it's nice to be able to show off what your spouse gifts you with for that one day, but it should never be used to define or dictate how much your mate loves you. It's just ONE DAY people! Be wise in how you partake in it! Now, that being said, it's perfectly OKAY to get into the Valentine's day spirit, and in fact, you SHOULD be dating and romancing your mate...but it should be a consistent effort. Celebrate, romance, and date your husband/wife EVERYDAY no matter how big or small! It's the little things that mean the most; so don't go broke on one commercialized day. You can gift your mate at any given time, on any given day, but never neglect to make them always feel special and make them a priority.
